TERMS AND CONDITIONS – TURIBUS PROMOTIONS

Validity of the promotion

This experience has a promotional fare valid exclusively for bookings and travel made between September 1st and October 31st, 2025.

Cancellations

As this is a discounted promotional fare, cancellations are not permitted. Therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Date changes

Date changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time, and will only be valid on one occasion. Requests must be made through our official customer service channel:

Additional conditions for date changes:

  • Subject to availability on the new requested date.

  • Fare adjustments may apply due to high season or special events.

  • In the event that non-refundable admissions with external providers have been confirmed, no changes or refunds will be possible.

Changes outside the promotional period

If the customer requests a date change outside the promotional period (after October 31st, 2025), the following conditions will apply:

  • The promotional fare will no longer be valid.

  • The booking will be updated to the regular fare in effect on the new date.

  • In the case of a difference between the promotional fare and the regular fare, the customer must pay the corresponding additional amount.

  • This adjustment will be previously informed to the customer through the official customer service channel and will be subject to availability.

No Show

If the customer does not show up on the reserved date and time, the experience will be considered a "No Show," resulting in a 100% penalty of the amount paid, with no liability to the company.

Modifications due to force majeure

The itinerary and service conditions may be subject to changes due to force majeure, such as:

  • Adverse weather conditions.

  • Traffic congestion or blockages.

  • Public health, social, or cultural events.

  • Road infrastructure issues.

Rescheduling due to external causes

In the event that any of the above situations prevent the service from taking place:

  • A one-time rescheduling of the experience will be offered, subject to availability. Once a new date is agreed upon, no further rescheduling will be possible.

  • No refunds will be granted, as the cause is not attributable to the company.
