> The service will be valid only for the date, time, and number of passengers indicated on your purchase confirmation.

> It is necessary to keep the ticket and wristband throughout the journey. In case of loss of the ticket and/or wristband, it will be necessary to cover the cost of the experience again.

> The frequency of the units will vary depending on each circuit; for information, you can check with the staff on-site. In case of road closures, some points of the route may be omitted without liability for the company.

> In situations of vulnerability for our users, the service may be suspended and rescheduled for a new date.

> Access to individuals in an inconvenient state is not allowed, and the consumption of alcohol and harmful substances inside the units is prohibited. Turibus reserves the right to terminate the service if the customer's behavior is aggressive or offensive to other users or staff.

> For safety reasons, standing, open umbrellas, banners, raised hands, or any part of the body outside the unit are not allowed.

> Turibus will not assume responsibility for forgotten or lost items in our units.

> Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the service. Beyond this period, penalties and restrictions may apply.

> If you do not attend your experience, the reservation will be subject to a penalty equivalent to 100% of the amount paid, with no liability on the part of the company.

> Any inquiries related to cancellations and refunds must be made through our official customer service channel at hola.turibus@ado.com.mx.

> Individuals with INAPAM discounts must present their valid credential when redeeming their ticket.

Polanco Circuit: Every day from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Frequency: Approximately every 90 minutes (depending on traffic and weather conditions).

South Circuit: Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Frequency: Approximately every 30 minutes (depending on traffic and weather conditions).

Basilica Circuit: Every day from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Frequency: Approximately every 90 minutes (depending on traffic and weather conditions).
