“La Mantarraya” Lookout Point

One of the most spectacular spots in Los Fuertes Park is the curving “La Mantarraya” Lookout Point. Designed by the famous architect Enrique Norten, “La Mantarraya” (or manta ray) gets its name from the wooden platform’s playful undulation that emulates the movement of water.
