Get ready for an experience that blends the magic of nature with the cultural charm of one of Mexico’s most surprising states: Tlaxcala.
This tour invites you to enjoy an unforgettable journey that begins in the enchanting Pueblo Mágico of Tlaxco, a place full of history, tradition, and flavor. There, you’ll visit the Wood Museum, witness the talent of local artisans at the Artisan Market, and admire the architectural beauty of the Parish of San Agustín, the spiritual heart of the town.
The experience continues with a deep dive into local gastronomy through an artisanal cheese-making workshop, where you’ll not only learn about traditional methods but also enjoy fresh products made by skilled hands from Tlaxcala. Next, savor a buffet lunch at a traditional restaurant in the town center, where regional flavors turn this stop into a memorable feast.
In the afternoon, the adventure moves to Nanacamilpa, home to the famous Firefly Sanctuary, one of Mexico’s most breathtaking natural spectacles. As night falls and darkness envelops the fir forest, thousands of tiny lights begin to dance among the trees, creating an atmosphere straight out of a fairytale. You’ll walk along trails surrounded by silence, living nature, and flickering lights that transform the surroundings into a magical and unrepeatable scene. To end this special night, enjoy a light evening snack at the sanctuary — perfect for sharing your impressions and letting the calm of the forest wrap around you.
Come and discover why Tlaxcala’s nights shine with a light of their own.
