- It is essential to redeem the reservation at authorized points, from Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m., before arriving at the attraction.
- It is necessary to keep the ticket throughout the entire experience. In case of loss, the cost of the activity must be covered again.
