* Children aged 0 to 12 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians when staying overnight. Maximum room occupancy is as follows: in a double room (2 adults and up to 2 children), and in a triple room (3 adults and 1 child).

* Date changes and/or cancellations must be requested 24 hours prior to the service. After this time penalties and/or restrictions may be applied. It must be through our official customer service channel (hola.turibus@ado.com.mx).

* In case of no-show to your experience, the reservation will result in a penalty of 100% of the amount paid, with no responsibility for the company.

* The itinerary may suffer alterations due to force majeure beyond the company's control.

- Angel of Independence (Turibus Stop 6: Zocalo Direction): 06:10 a.m.

- Juarez Hemicycle (in front of the Acervo Histórico): 06:20 a.m.
- Zocalo (in front of Nacional Monte de Piedad): 06:30 a.m.
- South Executive ADO Bus Terminal (inside of the bus terminal): 07:00 a.m.

Important:
- It is essential to arrive at the boarding point 15 minutes before departure.
- The pick-up location at Juarez Hemicycle will be out of service on Sundays.
- It is necessary to keep the ticket and wristband throughout the experience. In case of loss of either, it will be necessary to cover the cost of the activity again.

Tips to live your tour to the fullest:

- Comfortable clothing and enough for two night's lodging.

- Comfortable footwear.

- Cap or hat.

- Swimsuit.

- Sunscreen.

- Sunglasses.

- Cash and/or card for purchasing food and souvenirs.
